I'm Can (/dʒɒn/).

I am an engineer, entrepreneur, generalist, strategist, analyst, cyclist, problem solver, learner, planner, listener, runner, photographer and a constant challenger of my comfort zone.

I work at teambirlik, a real estate sales team in Izmir. I coordinate the work from lead management up to sales contract. We specialize in new developments, mostly luxury houses. I oversee all digital marketing as well as daily operations. I got into real estate because I hadn't worked in sales and I wanted to learn sales.

I also build digital products: web applications, mobile applications, automation scripts, etc. I start by defining the problem, I plan, I build, I test, I ship and I maintain.

I am an industrial engineer and I have experience working in nearly all functions of a business. This makes me a perfect fit for auditing processes, finding problems and producing creative and efficient solutions for businesses. I start by understanding how a business actually works. I look at their processes, find the bottlenecks and fix them. I also help them with AI transformation, automating their processes with AI tools and custom software, making them leaner and more efficient.
